Roz Bil-shaereya

Prep. Time : 5 minutes    |    Cooking time : 20 minutes    |    Serving : 4 – 5

Ingredients:
2 Cups Country Basmati Rice
4 Tablespoons Corn Oil
1/2 Cup Vermicelli
1 1/4 Teaspoons Salt
3 1/2 Cups Chicken stock or water

How to Prepare:
1. Wash the rice and soak in warm water for 15 – 20 minutes. Drain.

2. Heats oil in heavy-bottomed saucepan over medium heat, add vermicelli and cook until golden, stirring all the time.

3. Add rice, stirring for 3 – 4 minutes until all the rice is coated with oil.

4. Add chicken stock or water and salt. Stir well .

5. Heat to boiling on high heat. Cover and simmer on very low heat for 15 • 20 minutes.

6. Let stand off the heat for 5- 10 minutes. Fluff the rice with a fork and serve hot.
